So far this year, prices are up 5% over 2022, and buyers are paying almost 4% over the list price. Just a few less sales compared to a year ago. Sales in Armour Hills are steady despite the 7%+ interest rates! Currently there is just one house for sale in Armour Hills, priced at $549,000 and 4 days on market.
