As we wind down to the end of the year, the number of units sold per month in Armour Hills has dropped–following the usual bell curve of home sales during the winter months. Average home prices for November of this year are up considerably over last year. As for days on market — less than half of what it was a year ago.

In the first eleven months of 2012, 72 homes sold with an average sales price of $218,347 and 84 days on market.
Should I make a prediction? Yes: Armour Hills home prices will have risen about 15% over last year once all the stats are computed next month. We’ll see next month if I’m right!
