Last year was a strong year for home sales in Waldo.  Prices were up 4.5% over 2015, more homes sold and in a shorter amount of time.  This year is off to a good start as well. Although median price was lower last month as compared to a year ago, notice how  sellers are virtually getting the list price and homes are selling twice as fast so far this year.

Currently there are 18 single family homes for sale in Waldo with a median price of $157,400 and 27 days on market. The lowest list price is $96,000 and the highest is $339,500.
