Last month, Armour Hills had it’s highest recorded home sales price of the year–and that final price was $53,000 over the list price! As I reported in last week’s blog, some Brookside homes have sold for $100,000 over asking price. That is too crazy! An over $700K price for an Armour Hills house just shows the reach some buyers have to get what they want. The high price tag affected the big jump in the median sales price compared to Aug 2020. Here are the numbers:

Compared to last year, home prices are up 14% in Armour Hills. Currently there are seven listings, ranging from $349,000 to $575,000. The median price is $399,000 and 26 days on market.
