It’s the last day of September so I am slipping in this last blog about August home sales in Brookside. Something unusual happened last month in Armour Hills….just one house closed!! So these sales stats are not the norm. Let’s take a look!

The one home that did close sold a bit over the list price. Compared to a year ago, the values are off 10% however, last month was skewered. Let’s take a look at the year-to-date numbers:

These numbers show us the sold prices are virtually unchanged from last year at this time; just a few less homes sold. Currently there are five homes for sale in Armour Hills, with a median price of $499,000 and 20 days on market.
